Cristal Silver Signature is the latest, top-of-the-line speaker cable. Its conductive structure consists of the world’s purest monocrystal OCC (Ohno Continuous Cast) copper with a 7N purity, coated with pure silver. Six conductors of different thicknesses have been designed for better separation of high and low frequencies in separate cable lines. The use of two different thickness conductors in individual veins also aims to maximize the skin effect of the conductor. Three pairs of veins are separated from each other using PVC tubes along with an additional central insulator. The placement of cable lines and the separating construction are designed to reduce interference between the lines. Inside, each conductor is coated with FEP (similar to PTFE but more flexible), and on the outside, the entire structure is enclosed in PVC for even better insulation. Cristal is triple-shielded based on the proprietary CTB™ (Contrary Twisted Braids) technology, providing 360° coverage. The dense copper shielding braids are additionally silver-plated. At the point of separation of the channel veins, there is an antistatic Acoustics Points POM-C AP50 sleeve, providing excellent protection against static electrical changes. The connectors used (spade, banana) are made of tellurium copper, coated with a double layer of rhodium obtained in the proprietary DCP coating process to ensure the best signal transmission. This makes the top layer resistant to damage and ten times thicker than in the standard galvanization process.
